Halston 1-12 used to be a projection beast, not anymore. The idiots at E.A. Fragrances reformulated it, took the Oakmoss out and made it much weaker. It still has a very nice smell, but it's not what it used to be. I am so sick and tired of these fragrance companies reformulating their colognes, calling the cologne by the same name, same bottle, but the formula is changed. They are ripping us off. Why do they do it? Because IFRA says so? That's a pathetic excuse because IFRA has no authority. IFRA has no power to make laws. IFRA is fraudulent and corrupt and something needs to be done about them. They belong in prison for their corruption. Fragrance houses that follow IFRA's orders are pathetic to me. May they all go out of business for al I are.
